My name is Mrs. Bialko! 

This is my 2nd year teaching at Madonna, but 7th year in the classroom.
I have a 1 year old daughter named Brooklynn. I am a bonus mom to an awesome teenager Kaylee, and have an incredible husband.
I have 2 crazy kitties (Chip and Dale). I am currently finishing grad school for education and am a dance/gymnastics teacher.
I love donuts, movies, and candy :)

• We have an engaging and enriching 1st grade curriculum. Reading Wonders challenges students to critically think, comprehend and explore new genres of reading. 
• To assist in reading, students complete Saxon phonics lessons daily.
• In math, students will learn to add, subtract, and process word problems. 
• Students are challenged with weekly spelling tests and a weekly grammar skill.  
• Students get to explore the world of STEAM twice a week with classroom lessons that compliment their experiments. 
• Students have weekly Social Studies themes and complete handwriting practice to help improve fine motor skills.
